Daniel Herring

Daniel’s research is on dynamic multiobjective optimisation problems and the algorithms used to solve them. Dynamics are present in many real-world optimization problems and present a challenging task in a number of ways. His research aims to further the understanding of characteristics of realistic and real-world dynamics to allow for the effective design of evolutionary algorithms for dynamic multiobjective problems, including across logistics and energy domains. Daniel is supervised by OPTIMA CI Professor Michael Kirley.
