Kaylah Thomas is a Melbourne-based indie-folk artist and storyteller from rural Victoria, creating music that blends emotional honesty with textured, intimate production. Shaped by vulnerability and introspection, her songwriting explores the duality of love and loss through an autobiographical lens.

She holds a Bachelor of Music from the Victorian College of the Arts and released her debut EP Tiny World in 2023, followed by singles including Darwin (2023) and Letting Go (Of You) (2024). In 2025, she performed in the Futuration showcase to a sold-out audience at The Palms at Crown. She is currently developing her next album, a boundary-pushing cross-genre concept record exploring the five stages of grief through text art and layered storytelling.

Alongside her creative practice, Kaylah has extensive experience in administration, events, and production coordination. She has managed collaborative projects, budgets, and communications across fast-paced environments, building the skills required to deliver artistic projects from concept to execution. Highly organised and solutions-focused, she thrives on coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, partnerships, and live events.
