Septiana is a Master’s student at the University of Melbourne. Her project investigates the patient flow in the hospital, specifically the patients discharge and the Emergency Department congestion. She also intend to find the optimal staffing and rostering policy. She is supervised by Assoc. Prof. Mark Fackrell.
